Adding channels to lineup (channels included with subscription)

Adding channels to lineup (channels included with subscription)

Getting this message 'Subscribe to (gives channel).  Included with Subscription.  To watch this program, you'll need to add this channel to your lineup.  Please go to xfinity.com and selct My Account to update your services'.  First of all, I don't know how to do this.  Second, by doing so, will be be an adde charge.  My thought is that it would not since the message indicates that it is included with subscription.

You need to go onto the internet and log in to your Xfinity account to add channels, and yes you will have to pay for any channels you are not currently subscribed to.

You cannot add channels a la carte.  You will need to call Comcast in order to add this channel which is most likely in a tier that is above the one you currently have; upgrading to that tier will mean a higher price, and you will be able to receive more channels.
