ABC is not a part of your subscription error message

Can't watch ABC online Alabama market - not on laptop (windows) - not on iPad - not on iPhone.  Other networks seem to be ok but I get this error.

 

ABC is not part of your subscriptions.

In order to watch Last Man Standing, you need a subscription to ABC.

 

But - I certainly do have a subscription to ABC.

 

I also have a comcast account in another state (Georgia) - different username/password/account number.  Using that it works fine.  BUT what if I didn't have that?  I pay for Comcast service in Alabama and Georgia - both have ABC - I should be able to watch online using either of my accounts.  Something in the setttings on the Comcast side must be set correctly in the Georgia market - and not set correctly in the Alabama market.

When this happens (I believe) its some kind of problem on the authentication backend that ties your account to what subscription plan you have and what channels you are allowed to watch.

 

You can call the Applications Departement at 877-599-1845 and they can help you with this.
