A modest proposal: Rent Strike!

Since there is clearly such widespread dissatisfaction with the new formatting and "features" (or lack thereof); since clearly no one at Comcast seems to care about customer satisfaction; and since, as has been noted several times by others, they don't need to care because they already have your money; I propose the following:  don't send them any more money!


I do not intend to pay them the full amount of my bill until they restore the service that was the basis for my becoming their customer in the first place.  If thousands of others do the same, and suddenly they ARE NOT getting your money, perhaps THAT will get their attention.


Fed up with the abusive customer "service?"  Join together for a "rent strike" until the issues are resolved!
