A New Way to watch is really bad, go back to the previous version that actually worked

Why would anybody think that this version is the latest and greatest thing.


1.  No more history of shows watched

2.  No hovering to see the description of a show or movie

3.  Limited recent shows listed

4.  Loading time is way to long

5.  No longer able to fast forward through the same commercials that are played over and over and over

6.  Shows and movies freeze, crash or have several minutes of commercials

7.  Not a user friendly set-up

8.  No longer up to user to decide which commercials they want to watch or which ones they have seen so many times they want to skip

9,  What happened to, "Let's make a user friendly service that can be accessed via mobile device or home computer".  


With the contastant increase in pricing for services, at least offer the user the ability to access TV & Movies on-line in a user friendly manner.  They do offer streaming, of course for an added monthly cost.  To top it all off, the crazy New Way to Watch doesn't even load most the time.  You are stuck with a blank page that says "Now connecting to your entertainment experience", but nothing loads.  Way to go Comcast/Xfinity, you found a new way to annoy most of your customers.
