I'm having the same problem, specifically with Veep and Game of Thrones, but probably more.

 

My Zip Code:48104

My Cable Provider:Unknown

My myDVR Manager Status:Not Installed

My Set Top Box Names:Not Installed

My Queue setup:True

Facebook Queue Syncing:False

Facebook Connect:False

My public IP address:141.211.164.154

My operating system:Windows - Undefined

My web browser:Chrome 19 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1)AppleWebKit/536.5 (KHTML, Like Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1084.46 Safari/536.5

My system typeesktop Computer Or Other Device

My Move player version:Not Installed

My Silverlight version:5.1.10411.0

Try completely uninstalling Silverlight then try installing it again. Go here for step-by-step instructions:
