6036 error

6036 error

I keep getting this error -- just was working the past two weeks and after I finished watching an episode on HBO -- this error message came on and now I can't watch anything; says "not available error 6036."  But it's clearly available.

Tried different browsers and already restarted computer and login and also cleared my brower data... no solution...

Comcast, anything?

Try completely uninstalling Silverlight then try installing it again. Go here for step-by-step instructions:

Let me know the results.

Glad to hear it is now working! Must of been a corrupt file in Silverlight.
