I get an error msg everytime I try to play a video. Its says,"Sorry(tvshowname) is currently unavailable 517. How do I fix this?

Is it a particular video or everything? What operating system and browser are you using? Are you watching from home? Are you inside the continental USA?

 

If you are using IE then try FireFox or Chrome.

 

If all else fails send a private message to one of the Comcast people i.e. ComcastJoe, ComcastDaniel, ComcastMatt and ask for help. If you don't know how to do that look in one of the threads where they've post or search for their name; official Comcast employees have their names in red; click on their name and scroll down the page to the link "Send this user a private message"; describe your problem and include a link to this thread.
