403 Error

403 Error

App will not let me log in last week or two.  I get 403 error OTA or over WIFI.  Deleted and reinstalled.  Clearly I'm the only one.

The silence is deafening.  Problem is annoying, being ignored is worse.

The forums are customer to customer support areas, not direct links to Comcast.  For any and all issues, it is always recommended to contact Comcast directly using 1-800-COMCAST or 1-800-XFINITY and speak with a CSR who can then escalate your issue to the proper department.

 

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these Forums.  Check back daily for a reply or a Private Message (PM) from a member of the team.


The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information - (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing. Ok. I did an account refresh for you. Check back on it in the next few hours to see if it's still having the same problem. You may need to try uninstall/re-install one more time.

Deleted. Did hard restart. Re-downloaded and installed. Same error. Will not allow me to add device.

I'm going to have a technical team look at this and see why you're having these issues with getting the app to work.
