3050 error

I get a 3050 error in the same spot during a movie. I get 50 min. in and stops with error. I have tried resuming, starting movie over and restarting my computer all together (WIN 7). I can watch other movies and shows but not this one.

What movie are you referring to? I would like to further investigate this issue.

Thanks,
