The entire iPad and iPhone app is down at the server level. No logins work, Dvr does not work. I reported it to Comcast at 8 pm tonight. Of course they had no idea it was down.
The Xfinity App won't open on my new iPad 3. I tried setting the date/time manually and automatically. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Are there any other tricks that I can try?
Also not working. Tried to unistall and reinstall app on ipad 3

This has been going on for hours not letting me log in.
My Xfinity app isn't working yet. It DID work for months and then all of a sudden, a few days ago, it no longer shows my upcoming recordings and it won't let me record a show. It does, however, go to the channel that I click on. Someone said, as of early this morning, that it's working now. Mine isn't working yet. This is very frustrating!
I am sorry but we were having some issues on our end between roughly 9:30 PM EST and 11:30 PM EST.
If it was not working last night, please try again now.
If you have tried it and are still having issues, please try uninstalling the app and then try installing it again.

I can't record anything using the mobile app. Web app works fine. I get an error MSG on all attempts to access dvr
Try clearing your history in the Xfinity Tv App by going to Settings, clicking History, and then selecting Clear all History.
If this does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I tried it. Still get error. Joe why don't you try this yourself and you will see it doesn't work. The web app works. The iPad iOS. App does not. That simPle
I tested this and I did not see get an error message. Our team is looking into this now; I will update when I know more about this issue.
