2nd DVR remote access not found on comcast.net/mydvr

2nd DVR remote access not found on comcast.net/mydvr

When I attempt to activate a 2nd DVR via the remote access setup on the DVR it puts up the screen with the termporary code and expiration.  However whenever I go to the comcast.net/mydvr like the instructions say, it never shows the 2nd DVR and I don't see anyplace where I am suppose to put in the temporary code.  I know this DVR was setup previously and remote access was working, not sure what happened.

Power cycle the DVR and see if it comes back.  The code is not needed.  If it doesn't come back, check the remote status on the DVR's menu to make sure the remote access is enabled. 

 

You might need to call Comcast support to make sure the codes are correct on your account.
