2 of 3 DVRs not showing up in Mobile app

2 of 3 DVRs not showing up in Mobile app

I have downloaded the mobile app ofn ipad and iphone.  I have successfully paired one the three DVRs and can schedule recordings. etc.  The other 2 DVRs do not show up on the mobile app.  I have tried logging out and back in.  I have tried reseting the DVR itself....nothing works.  I have called Comcast and they barely knew what I was even talking about.  I have even swapped out the DVR itself.

 

Thoughts?  Is there anyone at Comcast that knows how to fix this?
