12013 Subscription Error

12013 Subscription Error

I am having trouble with my Xfinity TV app not showing all recordings in my list and now I'm getting a 12013 subscription error when trying to watch S.H.I.E.L.D. It should be in my recorded list, isn't, so I tried to watch On Demand and got this error. Also not showing another recording for Supergirl that I was half way through. My monthly payment recently went up due to being out of the special new account rate. I saw that someone was having a similar error (12012) and it was due to payment rate being changed.


I am on my home network.
