xfinity tv app

I moved recently to another state, and all of our tvs and wifi has been set up. however, when I go to my xfinity tv app to watch a recording in my home, because I just want to watch it on a smaller device, the recordings tab isn't there. I have clicked the "for you" tab but it says there is nothing. but I have many recordings on my tv. I have tried everything please please help me!!!

It's possiblre that where you live now doesn't have cloud DVR service or it does and was never activated on your account. Call 877-896-8678 to verify one way or the other.
