xfinity tv app on ipad is showing only 2 channel listings, not the "all listings" I requested
hi, another customer here. My ipad mini has all the channels at the moment. I am connected to my home Comcast network and no filters are set on the listings. Are you on your home network and have you checked to verify there are no filters turned on?
if still having problems run the Xfinity my account app and select the internet tab. does your modem show up there?
another check is to use a desk/laptop and a browser to connect to the TV stream at https://tv.xfinity.com/ and check to see if all your channels show up.
