xfinity TV app not showing all of my dvr shows

I've had the X1 platform for over a year and have always been able to access, then download to my iPad, previously recorded shows.  

 

Now, when I open the app, it does NOT show all of the programs that are recorded to my DVR and it is saying my DVR Cloud is almost full, while there is still plenty of space on my DVR box at my tv.

 

Is this new?   Never seen it before.    An hour and a half on the phone with Customer Service last night wasn't able to provide any answers.

It is very ppossible that your cloud could be nearly full while your DVR is not..... the fix would be to log into the Cloud and delete the recordings that do not match up to your physical DVR....  it's a process, but once done you should be good to go.
