I have 3 DVRs and the TV Remote App DVR manager tab "recordings' is having an error "DVR DATA Missing" too. Been on the phone for 2 hours so far this morning but they do not seem to want to send to level 3. Level 2 does not 'use' the mobile apps themselves even though they work in the mobile apps group. I'll try to keep this thread posted.

Have you tried using the Stream TV app instead to see your recordings?

hi, the Stream app works fine (views recordings on the cloud DVR). The Xfinity TV Remote app views the programs (in the cloud scheduler) that are on the home DVRs (3 in this case). I use it to find the oldest recording on the DVRs that is mine (as opposed to wife's) to play on home TV set top box. That list of recordings on the xfinity TV remote list is not populating on iPhone, iPad, and Android. was working fine yesterday.

after 4 hours on the phone (2 'disconnected calls') level 3 has a ticket to research on the problem.

Hi Rusty,

 

There was an update to the TV Remote app released earlier this week (3/2). Have you updated to version 3.1? If so, is that when the problem began or were you having issues before?

I downloaded the update on March 2. It hasn't worked since the update.

on iphone is says 3.1.0 on ipad same, on android phone 3..0.1.017

 

rooted fire tablet gen 5 same 3.0.1.017.
