What kind of errors do you get? What was customer service's results when you called in about it yesterday?

This article provides details on how to manage the following settings for your XFINITY on the X1 Entertainment Operating System using the web portal http://xfinity.com/profile:

  • Reset Parental Control Locks PIN and Purchase PIN
  • Activate/deactivate PIN requirement to access the My Account and Voicemail apps on your TV

I have tried everything. It always says voicemail not eneabled on my tv screen.
