My tv remote  "app" does not show my fav channels that I saved in my iphone 6 or ipad, when I open the tv remote app and  tap tv listing it shows all channels, not just my fav's, also whitin 15 seconds it requires me to login, I do that and get to the page of channels only to be told to login again. The last time I logged in it said "data unavailable, we are experencing a problem, several calls to comcast techs was a waste of time as they had me try re-boot the phone, and Ipad, delete the app and reinstall. Is anyone else having this problem that seems comcast cannot figure out or are even aware of? In the past year when I opened the app it always showed me all my saved fav channels" only" so choosing what to watch was quick, now it basically does not work at all.
