When I try to watch a show, on demand the pic keeps freezing or dissapears. When a comercial comes on it plays the same one over and over. I have to x everything out and start over. Now that doesn't work either. Very frusrtating! I used to love watching my shows on demand on my laptop. Netflix is fine and so is Amazon video.

did you try changing to a different browser (for example Chrome)?
