iPad is playing movies in spanish

My iPad is playing movies (I.e. Mrs. Winterbourne & For Keeps) in Spanish. The SAP option is NOT selected. And under my setting the SAP preference is NOT selected. I saw this issue on other forums. I had to work on getting this app to operate properly on my iPad for a week. And now this issue. Why are there so many bugs?

I began streaming the Movieplex version on my iPhone and it is in english. On the screen (touch screen while playing) there is an SAP icon that is white. I touched that icon and the spoken text changed to spanish and the icon changed to blue for SAP. Touched it again and the audio changed back to english. Would you check to see if that fixes your reported problem?
