iPad app error after delete and reload could not create login url for partner

iPad app error after delete and reload could not create login url for partner

After Xfinity TV app quit working, I followed the troubleshooting instructions on the xfinity website. The last instruction was to unistall then reinstall the app. When I reinstalled app then opened it, I could not log on and the app gave error

any thoughts?

Are you still unable to log into the Xfinity TV app?

Can you describe more about your symptoms? Are you having difficulty signing in after reinstalling the XFINITY TV app on an iPad?

adding re: ipad issues. 

 

Do try to hard boot your ipad and see if the problem clears up.

 

to hard reboot. while the ipad display is not locked press both the power button and the home button holding both down until the ipad reboots (takes 10-30 seconds).

Have had a same issue. Any kind of reboot does not resolve it. I have removed and re-installed the app, still issue is there. "Could not create login URL for partner (Comcast)"
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Please ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements (e.g. iOS 9+). I have seen a similar issue with another customer using an old version of the app which is no longer supported.
