iPad Errors

iPad Errors

Not sure what is going on but X1 is going down hill fast...

 

I get these errors all day on my iPad.

 

Lots of times items on my DVR will not play via iPad, other times I can't even find tv channel's.

 

 

The last time I got these errors I disconnected my account from the iPad, rebooted it and tried to log in again.

 

The app would not authenticated me on my Xfinity Internet, I had to hotspot my phone to get connected.

 

Really unhappy.....

have you tried same app with tethering instead of wifi? It sounds like a DNS error. does your cell phone work (on its own network connection with cell data)?

Interesting observation! But you would think using Comcast 75.75.75.75 would work better for their apps!?!

 

My Cell is t-mobile so I will switch my DNS to their servers and test.
