One chat, one call and still not working.

 

Something's not right here

 

We are having trouble adding this device to your account. Please call 1-800-XFINITY and mention error 11700.

(Error ftde.provision.11700: Error)

Hi jlbennettmd, I have deprovisioned the devices on your account, can you please retest and let me know if you are now able to add a device?
