When I try to watch on my phone while at home it says I can't watch because I'm not on my home wifi. Yes I am. What's up?

would you try using a desk/laptop and go to site https://tv.xfinity.com/  -- does it work there or same error?

 

using the Xfinity My Account app, to to the internet tab. Does yhour modem show up there? if so, verify the MAC number on your modem and the one listed on the app match.
