None of my live shows/movies working each time i try watching something it'll say your subscription does not include this channel please choose another channel.

are you able to tune and watch your local channels? TVland? does your set top box tune to the channels without a problem? have X1 equipment or the older legacy xfinity tv system?

Sorry you're having trouble. Is this just live TV or also On Demand?  Have you tried signing out and back into the app?  Are you sure you are using the proper username and password with video service?
