Xfinity TV app not listing channels, new DVR recordings.

Hi there folks. Been a while since I needed to post a new message. My TV app on my iPad Air 2 stopped displaying new DVR recordings and the channel guide. Is there something happening with Xfinity TV app backend in the southern New Jersey(Egg Harbor Township) markets?

ps It's been months since I've had any problems with the TV app for IOS, kudos!

Hello there!   I was having the same issue after updating my device to iOS 10.  I saw on another post that someone suggested logging out of the app and signing in again.  I tried it this morning and it worked!  Not sure if you tried...but I figured I would pass the info along.  Hope it helps!

Had same problem. Tried signing out of the app and signing out that didn't work. Then deleted the app and downloaded it again and it seem to work. But now the app is showing 90% of the recorded capacity But Xfinity box in house only shows 28% not sure why the discrepancy?
