Unexpected error: : 500 appears on screen when I try to watch a recorded show.

And when I go to download one, it says Could not create this download. We're not able to download this program at this time.

My wifi is fine. I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck.

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Sounds like a corrupted Cloud DVR recording (these recordings are separate from those on your set-top box). If the original recording is bad, it will have trouble both streaming and downloading. Nothing you do (sign-out, etc.) will help it since the issue isn't with the app itself - it is with the source file of the recording. Again, sorry.
