Xfinity Stream app error

Xfinity Stream app error

I had moved my Xfinity Stream app to a SD card on Galaxy Note tablet.  The card was damaged and now I get an error when I try to reload the app from the Playstore.  It just errors and stops.  When I go to Application Manager I see that I have an app called com.xfinity.cloudtvr running but when I open the app, I don't have an option to Unisntall or Force Stop.  Is there a way to force Playstore to reinstall the Stream App or uninstall the old version?

Thanks

I do see this app in the App Manager but unfortunately the Uninstall or Force Stop option are unavailable (I see them but they are grayed out)

OK go to the app on the home screen and long press the app. if offered to delete data do that if not, uninstall app.

Hello @Robertj-brown

Just following up on this, were you finally able to get the app uninstalled? Did your issue get resolved?

Re: Xfinity Stream app error

The app does not show up on the home page. Only shows up in Application Manager in Settings and the option to force off or Uninstall is not available. So I am still stuck.

Re: Xfinity Stream app error

I would suggest following the details found in this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2521768?hl=en

They also suggest: "Your device has a custom Android version. If these steps don't work for you, check with your device manufacturer."
