XFINITY TV App on iPad

I'm having trouble getting the XFINITY TV App to work on my iPad.  It's been working fine up until recently.  For awhile there I was getting the error message that said I could only watch TV to Go.  Now I'm getting the error - Access Issue :: 12007 (This operation can only be performed on your home WiFi network.  Please check that you are connected to your home network and try again).

 

Well, I am on my home network.  I've deleted and re-installed the app more than once, now, and still nothing.  (Note:  this process worked once, but now it doesn't).

 

Does anyone have any other idea on how I can fix this?

Update (Solution):  I uninstalled and re-installed the app on the iPad once more.  Then I made sure I was connected to my home WiFi.  THEN I reset my modem.  Now it's working again.
