WatchESPN not working

WatchESPN not working


I tried signing in to my Watch ESPN App through iOS and I get a message saying the network is not included in my current television subscription. I have a package which includes ESPN, so why am I not able to sign in?

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee. You can also try calling 800-Comcast and select billing and ask them to do a deep background account refresh (can take up to an hour to complete).

Hi BostonAdam, I do see that you're subscribed to ESPN which means your app is not reading your entitlements correctly. To correct this error please logout of the app and then log back in, if you still get the error message I can refresh your entitlements from here. Please reach back out to me if you need additional assistance.
