Unable to delete recording in cloud

Unable to delete recording in cloud

I have 2 recordings that I have deleted on my DVR. They still appear in my recordings on the streaming app and online. When I try to delete them in the app I get a message that says Data issue :: 500. I can't delete them on the computer either. I've tried signing out of the app. Cleared cache and data. Still no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

So after hearing nothing from Comcast, I decided to dig a little deeper. I chatted with Comcast support earlier today. After one hour, being transferred 4 times, and various troubleshooting-the problem has still not been fixed. They said they would bring the issue to the next tier support team and that I should get a call in 24-72 hours. I've also just discovered that there are several other recordings that I can't delete. I'd like to think that Comcast will actually work to solve the problem, but my gut says they basically can't solve my problem and nudged me aside in hopes that I'll just forget about it. We recently moved and transferred services. Ever since, we've had one problem after the next with equipment and services. I'm becoming very dissatisfied with Comcast.

Hi, j_p_brooks81 - I checked your account, the ticket with our Tech Support team has been created and they should investigate your issue.  I will keep an eye on this ticket and provide any updates I get.

The agent from Tier 3 Tech Support tried to reach you yesterday and left a voicemail. Have you received it? Do you have an alternative number to call?
