TV vs TV Go

Does the newer Xfinity TV app replace Xfinity TV Go? This is for Android.

 

Any hope for the remote control app? It now says I have no eligible TV's. If I try to click on the "Manage TV's" button, it crashes.

log out of the app and log back in. Does the app now work?
