TV ios app not showing any DVR recordings

I have never seen my DVR recordings on he TV ios app

It says "No Downloads... yet."

 

What needs to be done as my DVR is 85%+ full

using a desk/laptop go to https://tv.xfinity.com/ -- does it work? log out and log back in. Still works? using that same userid/pass go to the ios app and log out and back in. Does it now work?
