I watch TV at my desk on two devices (my desktop computer &

a satellite TV), plus the kitchen TV.  I do not use the 50” TV with the DVR.

It’s a 15-yr old TV and the picture is terrible. Can’t afford to replace.

Help - able to watch live TV  and recordings on the desktop WITHOUT the picture freezing/pausing for seconds – consistently. Since the freeze/pause never happens on the TVs, the problem might be the computer. If so, what do you recommend?

I ask Comcast to investigate my issue and contact me with a solution

is the computer connected via wifi or ethernet? It sounds like you have a very slow internet connection.
