TV app, can't download SOME recordings

TV app, can't download SOME recordings

In general, this app works great. Can successfully download recordings using the app on my Kindle.
1 problem tho....some recordings cannot be downloaded. I get an error message: "Could not create download". This appears to happen randomly. It has occurred on episodes of shows that were successfully downloaded. Example: Wayward Pines episodes 7 and 8 were downloaded ok last week. Episodes 9 and 10 cannot be downloaded today.
 
Anyone know why this happens.....Any solution to this?
