Swapping out all of my cable boxes for Roku, what will that do to my data?

Swapping out all of my cable boxes for Roku, what will that do to my data?

So I have 6 tv's in the house. Currently 3 HD boxes and 3 SD boxes.  I have one Roku 3600 stick on one tv.  I'm considering getting 4 more (one box comes with my Xfinity service), but because the streaming sticks use data, how would I calculate how much will that increase my data useage and will I exceed my 1TB data limit each month.  I like the idea of ditching the boxes in favor of my own equipment (and saving the silly rental fees on the equipment, but if I stream everything, will I end up having to pay for a bigger data amount???  Seems a little confusing to me.

Supposedly, the data used by the Roku app will NOT count against the data cap.

Right now, it is in Beta and all devices are free. When it leaves Beta, it will be treated similar to a CableCard device. There will be a monthly fee. Typically $9.99 minus a tiny 'equipment discount'. I think the end result will be around $7-$7.50 per device.
