Stream tv app

Stream tv app

All recording on iPhone/ stream tv app gone. New recordings on X1 Dvr recording but not showing up as available to view or download on the stream tv app. Was working fine recently. I've made no changes xfinity updated my tv service as contract was expiring ; this should not have anything to do with my recordings on stream app

standard first checks. try going to the stream TV web site https://tv.xfinity.com/ using a desk/laptop. have the recordings there and can watch? on smart device force close the app and retry. If no joy, uninstall the app and reinstall app and login. If no joy reboot the smart device. working ?
