Stream TV App doesn't support Miracast

I'm away from my house and trying to watch recordings on my X1 DVR through the Stream TV App on my phone and displaying them on my TV through Miracast but get an "We're sorry. Because of security protocols required by our network partners, you can enjoy this video on your mobile devive only." error message. What "security protocols"? I'm simply mirroring my phone on my TV. Why doesn't the Stream TV App support Miracast?

Re: Stream TV App doesn't support Miracast

It's a limitation imposed by the network and media companies. If you want to watch on a TV, you need a TV-connected device. They don't want you to cast from a phone/tablet to your TV, at that defeats the purpose of forcing you to rent a cable box.

What TV-connected device would allow me to do that when I'm away from home?
