Ruko Streaming Stick Beta App Error

Once I authorize my Roku Streaming Stick the XFINITY Streaming Beta app keeps giving me the error creatDrmSession.403-102 and I am connected to my in house wi-fi.

Did you remove the device and insert in into another available HDMI input socket and try again? Logout and uninstall the app then reinstall?
