Roku reauthorize again!

Roku reauthorize again!

This makes about 5 times in the past month, the app displays Sorry! in a gray circle and I go out to the menu on Roku to bring up my xfinity stream app again, only to have to reauthorize my Roku, again. It's getting to be a real pain the rear. Any idea what's going on with that?

Roku reauthorize after removing app and reinstalling

Still getting screen after reinstalling 4 days ago.

what was the fix/problem? @ComcastAmir customer reports problem is not fixed. reopened thread.

Thanks Rusty. He had messaged me about the problem showing up again and at that time it had not, so I guess he figured it was fixed. Usually a few days pass before it does it again.

Prior to a power outage in our neighborhood, the re-authorizations were occuring every couple of days. But since technicians have come out 2 seperate times to resovle a widespread outage after the power was restored, I have not had this issue again, yet. It seems whatever they did the second time which corrected connection issues created by their first trip may have taken care of the authorize problem, too.
