Remove unauthorized devices from streaming

Remove unauthorized devices from streaming

I can see devices streaming on my xfinity stream app and I don't know who they belong to. I've changed my password and username, but they were not automatically signed out. They are literally streaming everyday and setting recordings on my DVR. I've called technical support and they have no idea how to sign these devices out. Please help.

The email address you used to log into the forums is not associated with an Xfinity account. Please Private Message me with your comcast.net address, account number, or phone number so I can access your account and deprovision devices.

hi, do you use a browser and PC to stream or a stream app? Did you know the stream app can't do settings nor make recordings at all now?
