Some programs that I've recorded on my DVR DO NOT SHOW UP on the website nor using the infinity app.  Why?

If you have the X1 platform, have you called into Comcast and had the Cloud Rate Code ( free, no cost ) added to your account?  Without the code, you will not have access to the last 60 hours of content recorded on the DVR.

I'll try that.  Never heard of Cloud Rate Code before and the chat person I spoke to last never said anything about that.
