Hello, Avp130. Are you able to view any completed recordings listed as available for download via the XFINITY Stream app?

Trying to sort through answers on this, so apologies if you have answered before. Our X1 DVR shows 19% Full with 66 recordings but the iPad app indicates 60% Full on 36 recordings with 30 recordings not showing. Is there an upgrade I need to do? Thanks.

That may be the stats for the Cloud; it has a limit of 60 hours.

https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/x1-dvr-cloud-technology-general-faqs/

"Notes:

  • Only the most recent 60 hours of recordings are available for X1 Cloud DVR functionality. The availability of content on your mobile devices and computers may be slightly less than that on your TV. If you exceed the 60-hour limit, the oldest recordings will drop off for any new recordings. These recordings may still be available for viewing on your TV.
  • If you can log in to the XFINITY Stream app or XFINITY Stream portal but the Recordings, Downloads or Scheduled tabs are grayed out, please contact us to have X1 added to your account."

Hello,

I have been experiencing a similar problem. Yesterday, I downloaded suicide squad on the mobile app. Today, when I went to go check on the download, it was gone. I could not find 50% of my recorded shows. All of those shows are on the DVR, but not the app.
