I see that it says the video I selected is unable to be located. I am confused, though, as it has shown as an option to watch since last week, but this is the message I keep getting instead of having it load.

the program should be viewable on your home X1 equipment. Sometimes recordings won't play for technical reasons from the Cloud DVR. Normally any attempt to download the file also fails.
