Not synching properly

I have the stream app on my IPAD and when I look at recordings, only some show up but they are all showing on the TV when I look via the DVR?

The stream app only shows recording on your cloud dvr. Recordings done prior to having cloud dvr will not be seen. Also, the cloud dvr is smaller than the box dvr.
