No tvgo channels or shows work while travelling

I'm trying to watch tv while travelling on my iPad. No shows or channels will work. It gives me the error message worth having trouble, if internet is otherwise working try different show. It's on all shows. Trying to use wifi in my hotel room.

Hi, first can you try viewing the menu on the app with your cell data? Has your cloud DVR ever worked (been activated)?

The XFINITY Stream app can only be used while in the USA (due to rights restrictions from programmers). I suspect you are overseas, correct?  When the IP address is not based in the U.S., the video streams are blocked at their source which causes the app to display the error you are referencing.
