No recordings option in the menu

No recordings option in the menu

I just installed the xfinity tv app...In the Menu...under "Saved"...The only options I have are as follows:
SAVED

For you
Downloads
Purchases

There is no "Recordings" or "Scheduled".

You most likely need the "Cloud DVR" rate code added to your account.  See these other posts about the same thing, and follow the recommended steps.
