No local channels on Xfinity App at home (iPad software 9.3.5 Xfinity version 3.11.0.721)

I'm attempting to watch TV on my iPad from my home network and noticed the local channels are no longer available. Any idea what's going on?

have you tried logging out of the app and then back in? If that does not fix it, call 877-896-8678 and the representative will probably transfer you to the app help team.
