No dvr recordings showing up on iOS stream tv app

For the past 3 days I have noticed my Xfinity Stream TV App shows no recordings in "my recordings" on my phone or PC.  I am able to view the list in my home on each set top box but my phone and PC displays: You have no completed recordings...yet.  - when I am at 58% full.  I have not had this issue before and have been using the app for over 3 years.

from an X1 set top box press the A button on remote and select and run account refresh. After the reboot did that help? if not, call 800-Comcast and ask for billing and verify your cloud DVR code is 'on' and if that is on, ask for a deep account refresh (can take up to an hour).
